Rough Day for the Curran House

Well today was the day we have been dreading for about 6 months now. We made the toughest decision to put our dog Oscar to sleep. We had not been able to get him to eat for the past 4 days. He had become very lethargic and unable to move around yesterday so we called the vet this morning and took him at 5pm today. The vet said that the best thing for him was to lay him to rest since it looked like things were starting to shut down. His pulse was very weak and his blood pressure and temperature were low. He would of been 18 in June. He was a great pet and we will dearly miss him. He is being cremated and placed at the facility where our other dog Tawny is. Jayme I am sorry that you will not be able to say goodbye, but the more time that would have lapsed the more pain he would have been in. I know that you will say a prayer for him tonight. I must go now and tend to my family as we try to cope with the loss of yet another loved one.

Sorry to hear about Oscar.
How is Brandon doing? I know he loved Oscar. He was always talking about him. Brent never talked too much about Oscar, unless he left it up to Brandon to tell me what Oscar had done.
Will be seeing you soon. Can't wait to see you all. How is Kathy doing? I sent her a card.
